You upload your test file and specify sex and age, after which the system generates an interpretation by comparing values with reference ranges that depend on sex and age. The service does not provide diagnoses or prescribe treatment. Its purpose is to make results easier to understand and help you prepare for a conversation with your doctor.
If for any reason you're uncomfortable uploading your information, you can always remove your personal data, as shown in this example, and review the result. I’ll also provide you with a sample blood test file for reference - please upload it and see the outcome.
Privacy and data protection
We understand that laboratory test results contain personal and sensitive information. Security and privacy are built into the service from the very beginning. Your data is not stored on servers after the session ends, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for model training. You fully control your information. All uploaded files and entered data are automatically deleted immediately after the report is generated. No personal or medical information is retained longer than necessary to complete your request.
