I was removed from class today because I was talking during the lecture and not paying attention.
My behavior was:
☐ disrespectful because I interrupted the teacher.
☑ inappropriate because I was distracting other students.
☐ irresponsible because I didn’t complete my work.
☐ disruptive to my peers’ learning since I was off-task.
☐ uncooperative with others since I ignored group instructions.
☐ deliberate (on purpose) since I chose to talk even after being warned.
What I should have done is stayed quiet and focused on the lesson, and I will do that next time because I understand that my actions affect others and I want to be respectful and responsible in class.
I understand that I am responsible for my own actions, and that I have the ability to act appropriately. When I choose to misbehave, I also choose the consequences that follow.
