A. County to the rescue! Help each person find the county service they need by matching the service to the request.
1. Hospitals & Clinics → "I broke my arm and need to go to the emergency room."
2. Roads & Bridges → "It's that time of year again - I need to get a flu shot ASAP!"
3. Adult Education → "We should have officers help at intersections during busy traffic periods."
4. Sheriff’s Police → "I cleaned out my shed and loaded my truck full of trash."
5. Solid Waste Disposal → "I need a copy of the deed to my house."
6. Disease Prevention → "My mom needs to take a computer class."
7. Elections → "The road by my house has a big pothole."

B. Conversation: Work in groups of three to have a conversation involving a new request. One person is a county resident, and one person is the guide (who helps them find the department), and the other person is the head of the department. Be creative and include the following:
