Worksheet Respiratory System - Free Printable

To complete this activity, you need to place the pictures of the organs into the correct spots on the body outline. Here is where each one goes:

1. Mouth: Paste the picture of the open mouth at the top of the head area. This is where air can enter the body.
2. Nose: Paste the picture of the nose right below the mouth area. This is another way air enters.
3. Trachea (Windpipe) and Lungs: Paste the picture showing the tube and the two pink lungs in the center of the chest. The tube should go down from the throat area, and the lungs should sit on either side of the middle of the chest.
4. Diaphragm: Paste the red, curved muscle shape at the very bottom of the chest area, just underneath the lungs. This muscle helps you breathe.
