- Select the Scalpel tool and click on the frog to make an incision in the chest, allowing it to be opened.
- Use the Forceps tool to click on the skin and muscles several times, causing them to flap out and reveal the internal organs.
- Pause for a few seconds; the skin and muscles will return to their original position before the forceps were used.
- Use the Forceps again to pull the skin and muscles open, then select the Pins tool and click on the flaps to pin them down securely.
- Locate the sternum by comparing the frog’s chest anatomy with the Skeletal system diagram on the right side of the Gizmo.
- Confirm that an organ resembling the sternum is visible in the frog’s chest on the left side.
- Drag the sternum from the frog’s body to its correct position on the Skeletal system diagram using the Forceps tool.
- Continue dissecting and placing all organs into their correct positions on the various organ system diagrams, using the Right and Left arrows to switch between diagrams as needed.
