- In the central heart, write the names of your mother and father.
- In the box below their names, write the date they were married.
- On the left branch, place your mother’s parents (your maternal grandmother and grandfather).
- On the right branch, place your father’s parents (your paternal grandmother and grandfather).
- In the next tier up, place your four great-grandmothers and great-grandfathers — two on each side, corresponding to each grandparent.
- Add photos in the designated circles for each person.
