- Fill in your name on the top left section labeled “Goals for the New Year.”
- In the “Dream Jar” section, write down your biggest dreams for next year and set a deadline under “By:”.
- Under “New Year Goals,” complete the three prompts: “I want to get better at:”, “I want to stop:”, and “I want to try:”.
- Draw a picture of yourself achieving one of your goals in the designated box below the goal prompts.
- In the “In the New Year…” section, reflect by filling in what you want to continue, stop, or try, and answer the reflection questions like “My Biggest Accomplishment,” “What I Learned,” and “Most Fun Moments.”
- In the “Looking back... Looking ahead.” section, write what you want to continue, try, stop, improve, and state your main goal for the year.
- In the “Yearly Resolutions Goals” section, fill in one specific goal or intention for each month from January to December under “This month I will:”.
