1. Score along all dashed lines.
2. Cut out all pieces along the solid lines.
3. Fold each piece along the scored lines.
4. Assemble the cup by wrapping the "cup" piece around and gluing the tab to the inside.
5. Assemble the sleeve by wrapping it around and gluing the tab to the inside.
6. Assemble the lid by wrapping it around and gluing the tab to the inside, then glue the lid top tabs inside the lid side.
7. Assemble the donut by wrapping the donut side around and gluing the tab to the inside, then glue the donut top tabs inside the donut side.
8. Place the assembled sleeve onto the cup.
9. Place the assembled lid onto the cup.
10. Place the assembled donut next to the cup.
