- Complete the date fields for the agreement, including the day, month, and year.
- Enter the name of the principal tenant in the designated space.
- Provide the full street address, city, state, and zip code for the premises.
- Specify the start and end dates for the term of lease; check the box if it continues on a month-to-month basis.
- List each tenant’s name, their monthly rent amount, their security deposit amount, and a description of the room they occupy in the provided table.
- Update the total security deposit amount from "$0.00" to the actual agreed-upon value.
- Check either “Does NOT include any utilities” or “Includes” to indicate whether utilities are part of the rent.
- If utilities are included, specify which ones (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heat, Garbage) and enter the name on the bill for each.
- For each utility listed, select the payment method: “Evenly split” or “Rotating” by checking the appropriate box.
